MOU signed with Argus Global

MediaZest Plc ("MediaZest", the "Company" or "Group"; AIM: MDZ) MOU with Argus Global (Biometric Technologies Ltd) MediaZest, the creative audio visual company, is pleased to announce a newworking relationship with Argus Global (Biometric Technologies Ltd) ("Argus"). The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with intent to workclosely together in order to develop and promote value-add solutions createdusing the Cognitec FaceVacs Videoscan platform in order to showcase thecapabilities of modern face recognition software, particularly in the retailspace. The agreement has an initial term of 2 years during which time the companiesexpect to develop together unique solutions to facilitate audience measurementand value added data analysis products.
