Motive Television Enters Strategic Agreement with Castalia Communications

 

Combined Content and Technology Solutions for On-Demand Television

Strengthens Motive's Reach in Latin America

 

 

London 28 January 2014: Motive Television ("Motive" or the "Company") has today announced that its 100% owned US subsidiary, Motive Television Inc. has entered a joint sales agreement with Castalia Communications ("Castalia"), a leading independent distributor of broadcast, satellite, cable and web-based programming covering Latin America. Under the agreement Castalia will market turn-key video-on-demand solutions to pay television operators and terrestrial broadcasters throughout the region combining Motive's commercially proven Content Express with Castalia's access to content rights.
