Moody's raised Tatneft's credit rating to Baa3 with positive outlook

Moody's, an international credit rating agency, announced that it raised Tatneft's credit rating to Baa3 with positive outlook. The decision by Moody's follows the change of Russian Federation credit rating outlook and the upgrade of country ceiling from Ba1 to Baa3. Baa3 is an investment grade rating and reflects high credit quality of the Company.
At the moment Tatneft has two international credit ratings of investment grade: Baa3 with positive outlook from Moody's, BBВ- with stable outlook from Fitch, as well a national credit rating from Expert RA at ruAAA (the highest on the agency's scale) with stable outlook.
