MOODY'S ASSIGNS IG SEISMIC SERVICES 'B2' RATING; STABLE OUTLOOK

Moody's Investor Service, one of the most influential rating agencies in the world, has today assigned a 'B2' corporate family rating to IG Seismic Services PLC (LSE: IGSS), the leading pure-play land and transition zone seismic company in Russia and the CIS and one of the largest land seismic companies globally. The outlook is stable. This is the first time Moody's has assigned ratings to IGSS.

A credit rating 'B2' represents Moody's opinion on the company's current creditworthiness.

According to Moody's, the stable outlook reflects expectation thatIGSS's market will continue to demonstrate healthy growth, and the company will adhere to conservative financial and liquidity management policies.

Analysts do not exclude the possibility of upgrading the company's credit rating in the near future.
