24th October 2014 Pantheon International Participations PLC Performance update at 30th September 2014 Pantheon International Participations PLC ("PIP") announces an unaudited netasset value ("NAV") per share at 30th September 2014 of 1,470.6p, an increaseof 27.6p (1.9%) from the NAV per share as at 31st August 2014. The increase wasdriven by portfolio valuation gains (5.8p, 0.4%), investment income (2.8p,0.2%) and foreign exchange gains (20.7p, 1.4%). Expenses and taxes* reduced theNAV per share by -1.7p (-0.1%). PIP's valuation policy for private equity funds is based on the latestvaluations reported by the managers of the funds in which PIP has holdings. Inthe case of PIP's valuation at 30th September 2014, the majority of reportedvaluations (accounting for circa 94% by value) are dated 30th June 2014. At 30th September 2014, PIP's private equity assets stood at £873m, whilst cashbalances were £96m. Undrawn commitments to investments stood at £214m at 30thSeptember 2014, calculated using exchange rates at that date. In addition, theCompany's multi-currency revolving credit facility agreement, comprising aUS$82m facility and a €57m facility, remained completely undrawn. PIP's portfolio generated net cash of £18.7m during the month, withdistributions of £22.5m relative to £3.8m of calls from existing commitments toprivate equity funds. Investments completed during the month include a £9.9m primary commitment toHellman & Friedman Capital Partners VIII and a £5.5m primary commitment toWasserstein Partners III, both US buyout funds.
