Further to the announcement on 6 August 2020 ("Portfolio Update"), regarding the valuation of certain assets in the Ordinary Share and C Share portfolios, the Board announces that the publication of the Company's July NAVs, and future NAVs, will be delayed until the conclusion of a third-party valuation review.

The Company is in the process of appointing a third-party to undertake a valuation of certain assets which includes the investment in Suniva, and a further announcement will be made as soon as any further material information is available.
