MOEX registered RusHydro's exchange-traded bond Program
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that on April 9, 2015, Moscow Exchange (MOEX) registered the Company's Program for non-convertible exchange-traded interest-bearing documentary bonds with mandatory centralized custody with total par value of RUB 200 bn maturing on the 7,280th day from the date of placement, to be placed through an open subscription.
The registration number is 4-55038-E-001P-02E of April 9, 2015.
