regarding the modification of the 2017
Financial Communication Calendar
S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors upon the modification of the 2017 Financial Communication Calendar as follows:
Ø Quarterly Report Q1 of 2017 and Individual Interim Financial Statements for the 3-month period ending March 31, 2017 (unaudited) will be published on May 11, 2017, 8:30 AM (Romania time). The reports will be available:
· on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investor Relations - Interim Reports;
· on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro - symbol SNG;
· on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com - symbol SNGR and
· printed, at the headquarters of the Company, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County.
The individual interim financial statements are prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards adopted by the European Union.
Ø The conference call with the investors and financial analysts to present the Q1 2017 financial results is scheduled for May 12, 2017, 2:00 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.
