MOD contract
Amec Foster Wheeler announces today the award of a contract by the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) to supply independent nuclear propulsion safety and technical advice for the Royal Navy's submarine flotilla.
The contract, which was awarded after a competitive tender, is expected to be worth around £75m over five years. The work will be delivered by a specialist team at Amec Foster Wheeler.
