MMK's shares included in level 1 on MOEX

MMK's shares included in the top tier quotation list of Moscow Exchange

OJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works ("MMK" or "the Company") announces that the Company's shares have been included in the First (top) tier quotation list of Moscow Exchange as of 31 August 2015.

This demonstrates that MMK as an issuer complies with the Exchange's high requirements in terms of information disclosure and corporate governance standards.

The Company's management believes that the inclusion of MMK's shares in the First tier quotation list will enable MMK to expand its investor base, which should, in turn, improve liquidity.
