MMK Placed RUR 5bn Bonds at MICEX

MMK announces the results of its RUR 5 bln bonds placement at MICEX

On February 16, 2012 MMK placed its RUR 5 bln bonds (series БО-08) with the maturity period of 3 years. A 1.5 year offer is provided for the issue. The issue is included in the list "Б" at MICEX.

The total value of demand from investors exceeded RUR 13 bln which translates into more than 2.5x oversubscription. 137 bids were sent for the tender. As the result the first annual coupon rate was set at 8.19%, which is below the bottom of the earlier announced price range - 8.30-8.50%. The rate of the second and third coupon equals the first coupon rate. The overall number of satisfied bids was 68 (one bid was satisfied partially).

The managers of the placement are OAO "URALSIB.
