Miscellaneous replacement - Purchase of Own Shares

The following replaces the RNS announcement titled "Purchase of own shares" released on 29 June 2017 at 08:59 under RNS Number 5682J.

The figure stated in respect of the number of ordinary shares purchased was incorrect and has been amended below, as well as the resulting treasury shares and total voting rights. The relevant amendments are identified with an asterisk (*). All other details remain unchanged.

Purchase of own shares

Further to the Company's announcement on 3 May 2017 stating its intention to reduce its capital by means of purchasing its shares from time to time using existing cash resources, the Company announces that on 28 June 2017 it purchased 30,000* of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 165 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Total Number of Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company is required to notify the market of the total number of voting rights and capital in the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is comprised of 23,197,457 ordinary shares of 10p each. As 792,000* of these ordinary shares are held as treasury shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 22,405,457*. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
