Minority shareholder files claim against Pol Ka Producciones S.A.

On 13 February 2023, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's subsidiary Arte Radiotelevisivo Argentino S.A. ("ARTEAR") had been informed by its subsidiary Pol Ka Producciones S.A. ("Pol Ka") of a claim filed against it by one of its shareholders, Mr. Fernando Blanco, before the National First Instance Court on Commercial Matters No. 3, Secretariat No. 6 ("Blanco, Fernando v. Pol Ka Producciones S.A. and others re/ Ordinary Proceeding", File No. 021123/2022). 

Claimant seeks the nullification of certain decisions adopted at a meeting of the shareholders of Pol Ka held on 10 August 2022. In addition, claimant requests the removal of Pol Ka directors Alberto Pedro Marina, Paul Schwartz Kirzner, Carolina Peroni, Patricia Miriam Colugui and Lucas Puente Solari.
