Meggitt PLC (the "Company")

 

Minor Correction to 2020 Annual Report

 

Following the recent release of the Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, two minor typographical non-numerical errors have been identified and corrected.

 

The correction of these errors has no impact on the Company's reported financial results.

 

An erratum note will be posted to shareholders shortly, and will be uploaded to the Company's website, alongside the corrected 2020 Annual Report.

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R of the UK Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), the corrected Annual Report has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
