Ministry of Communications revokes Resolution

On 29 February 2016, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that on that date the Company was served notice of Resolution No. 5/2016, issued by the Ministry of Communications on 19 February 2016, whereby that Ministry revoked Resolution No. 100/2010. Under Resolution 100/2010, the former Communications Secretariat had declared that the license granted to Fibertel S.A. on 7 February 2003, had been forfeited.

Attached as Exhibit A is a free translation of the relevant sections of Resolution No. 5/2016.

RESOLVES:

ARTICLE 1º: Resolution 100/200 dated as of 19 August 2010, issued by the former SECRETARY OF COMMUNICATIONS, to the extent that it declared that the License for the rendering of nationwide Data Transmission services, Personal Notice (Aviso a Personas), Videoconference, Community Repeater, Broadcasting Signal Transport, Value Added services, Radio Link Concentration services, Local Telephony and Public Telephony granted to the Company FIBERTEL SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA had been forfeited, is hereby revoked for reasons of illegitimacy.

ARTICLE 2º: Let [this Resolution] be communicated, published, given to the National Direction of Official Registry and filed.
