 Millennium Energy Corp Share Purchase Terminated

The board of SNR, the AIM quoted natural resources developer operating in South Africa, which indirectly owns 74% of Elitheni Coal (Pty) Limited, announces that the Company and Ivory Mint Holdings Corp. ("the Vendor") have agreed not to proceed with the Millennium Energy share purchase agreement as previously announced on 1 July 2014. As per the termination agreement, the Vendor will repay the £660,000 to the Company within 90 days.
