Migration of Tax Residency of BPC Limited
BPC Limited, formerly named Falkland Gold and Minerals Limited, the oil and gas exploration company with licences in The Bahamas, is pleased to announce the migration of the tax residency of the Company, effective 31 December 2008.
The migration of the tax residency of the Company from the UK to Jersey follows the closure of all UK operations following the reverse takeover of Falkland Gold and Minerals Limited by BPC Limited on 1 September 2008, and is subject to approval from HMRC.
