Migration of shares and new restricted DI line

TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a life sciences company focusing on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, announces that following its announcement on 6 August 2015, 24,231,656 common shares in the Company on its existing restricted "TYR" trading line (the "Existing Restricted Line") have migrated to its unrestricted trading line "TYRU" (the "Migration").

In addition, 114,344,566 common shares in the Company have been transferred from the Existing Restricted Line onto the new Regulation (EU) No. 909/2014 compliant restricted line (the "New Restricted DI Line") (the "Transfer"). No shares remain on the Existing Restricted Line following the completion of the Transfer and as of 1 September 2015 the Existing Restricted Line ceased trading.

Following completion of the Migration and Transfer, the Company will continue to have a total of 262,333,111 common shares admitted to AIM (excluding those shares admitted and not allotted under the blocklisting announced on 25 February 2011), of which 114,344,566 will trade under the symbol "TYR" in a restricted manner as permitted by Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1993 (the "Securities Act") and 147,988,545 will trade under the symbol "TYRU" in an unrestricted manner pursuant to an exemption provided under the Securities Act. CREST settlement will now be available for trades in "TYR" shares for those shareholders who have dematerialised their shares. The Company holds 1,084,413 common shares in treasury and these treasury shares have been transferred onto the New Restricted DI Line.
