Office of Fair Trading25 November 2005 REVIEW OF UNDERTAKINGS GIVEN FOLLOWING THE CC REPORT - "Centrica plc and DynegyStorage Ltd and Dynegy Onshore Processing UK Ltd: A report on the mergersituation". Centrica plc has requested that one aspect of the above undertakings, acceptedby the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on 18 December 2003, bereviewed under section 92(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 with a view to thevariation of the undertakings. The OFT review will consider the inclusion of an intermediate group holdingcompany wholly-owned by Centrica plc between Centrica plc and GB Gas HoldingsLimited, which controls the entire interest of Centrica Storage HoldingsLimited, as part of an internal group restructuring. Following the review the OFT will advise the Competition Commission on whether,the undertakings need to be varied or to be superseded by a new enforcementundertaking.
