Merger Update
The OFT has accepted hold separate undertakings given C & C Group plc under section 71 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The undertakings are without prejudice to OFT's ongoing investigation into the completed acquisition by C & C Group Plc of the Tennent's business.
The text of these undertakings will be placed on the Office of Fair Trading's website at www.oft.gov.uk as soon as is reasonably practicable.
