Merger Update - Replacement

The 'Merger Update' announcement for Office of Fair Trading released on 26 March 2012 at 15:00 under RNS No 0463A has been re-released to facilitate onward transmission by third party vendors.

Merger clearance

The OFT has decided, on the information currently available to it, not to refer the following merger to the Competition Commission under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002:

Anticipated acquisition by Aldersgate Investments Limited of Arena Leisure plc
