Initial undertakings

The OFT has, on 2 September 2013, accepted hold separate undertakings given by Lookers plc and Lookers Motor Group Limited under section 71 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The undertakings are without prejudice to OFT's ongoing investigation into the completed acquisition by Lookers Motor Group Limited of Shields Automotive Limited.
