Office of Fair Trading14 October 2005 The OFT has published the text of its advice on a variation to undertakingsgiven by BAE SYSTEMS PLC to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on 28March 2000. The variation which was granted by the Secretary of State on 29September 2005 allows the extension of the current Compliance Officer's term ofappointment.
