Office of Fair Trading14 December 2005 The OFT has announced that it is consulting on proposed undertakings followingthe completed acquisition by William Hill plc of Stanley Leisure plc. Thisfollows the OFT's announcement on 1 August 2005 that the merger would not bereferred to the Competition Commission if suitable undertakings in lieu ofreference were given by William Hill plc and/or Stanley Leisure plc.
