Initial undertakings

The OFT has today accepted hold separate undertakings given by Kerry Foods Limited and Kerry Holdings (UK) Limited under section 71 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The undertakings are without prejudice to OFT's ongoing investigation into the completed acquisition by Kerry Foods Limited of assets of Headland Foods Limited.

The text of these undertakings will be placed on the Office of Fair Trading's website at www.oft.gov.uk as soon as is reasonably practicable.
