Merger Update

The OFT has published the text of its advice to the Competition Commission on FirstGroup's request, in relation to its bus operations, for a variation of the undertakings given following the Competition Commission's report on the proposed merger between FirstGroup plc and the Scottish Passenger Rail Franchise.
