Merger effective and Cancellation confirmed
The Company is pleased to announce that the Merger (as described in the Company's announcement of 14 January 2022) has become effective following the receipt of the merger certificate in accordance with the Israeli Companies Law. Cancellation of the Company's shares from trading on AIM will therefore become effective at 7.00 a.m. tomorrow, April 5, 2022.
