Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) and Wyeth (NYSE: WYE) today announced that they will be holding a live press conference to discuss today's announcement that Pfizer will acquire Wyeth. The executives will make remarks followed by Q&A.

Instructions for Participating in Press Conference Remotely
The press conference will also be available via a secure audio conference line that requires on-line pre-registration and a personal PIN number. To register, please visit https://cossprereg.btci.com/prereg/key.process?key=PB6PYN7PV and follow the instructions, where you will be prompted to enter your name, e-mail address and affiliate. Upon completing the registration process, you will be provided a personal PIN to use when calling in to the conference. Media will be required to provide the personal PIN number to dial in to the press conference.
