MD MEDICAL GROUP TO ANNOUNCE H1 2019 IFRS FINANCIAL RESULTS ON 09 SEPTEMBER

03 September 2019, Moscow - MD Medical Group Investments Plc ("MD Medical Group", "MDMG" or the "Company"- LSE: MDMG), a leading Russian private healthcare provider, announces that it will publish its financial results under International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") for the six months ended 30 June 2019 on Monday, 09 September 2019.

The Company will host a conference call and webcast for investors and analysts on the same day at 5.00 pm Moscow time (3.00 pm London; 10.00 am New York).
