Confirmation of Director Appointment

Further to its announcement on 30 March 2023, the Company today confirms the appointment of Bruce Marson to the Board of M&C Saatchi as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Bruce's appointment to the Board of the Company concludes the Board's search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer that included both internal and external candidates. Bruce was originally appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer of M&C Saatchi on 13 May 2022.

Bruce has previously held senior finance roles across the sector including at Dentsu and Technicolor and already holds a number of directorship positions across the Company's subsidiaries.

In accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Bruce Charles Marson (aged 53 years) holds/has held the following directorships/partnerships in the last five years:

Bruce holds no ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In December 2022 Bruce was awarded performance share awards over 92,867 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. This award will vest on 31 May 2025 subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment. It is also subject to a further two-year holding period following vesting.

There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
