Announcement of Maturity Extension

The Issuer wishes to announce an extension of the First Extended Final Maturity Date of the Notes to 15 April 2024 (Second Extended Final Maturity Date). The Second Extension Period Margin is set at 1.45% per annum and will first be payable on 15th November 2022 (with such margin being calculated from and including 17th October 2022).
