Matra issues Director / Employee options

The Board of Matra has, on the basis of the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee, awarded the following options to buy ordinary shares in Matra to James Guest following his appointment earlier this year:

Name: James Guest

Position: Non-Executive Director

Number of options: 200,000

Exercise price: 1.81p

The options become exercisable after a 12 month period from the date of issue and have an exercise period of 5 years from that date.
