Matomy Media Group Ltd. (the "Company")

Block Listing

Application has been made by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (the "Company") to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of up to 2,000,000 in relation to the exercise of options pursuant to the Matomy Media Group Ltd. 2012 Equity Benefit Plan as amended. The shares, when issued, will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on 28 January 2016.

As at 25 January 2016, the Company's total issued voting share capital is 93,273,169 ordinary shares.
