Appointment of Chairman

Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA), announces the resignation of Mr. Harel Beit-On, Non-executive Director and the Chairman, from its Board due to personal reasons, effective as of June 30, 2018.

Harel Beit-On, hands the role over to Mr. Sami Totah, a General Partner at Viola Growth, in line with Matomy's post-IPO corporate governance strategy and in support of Matomy's compliance with the recommendations of the UK Corporate Governance Code. The Board welcomes Mr. Totah and would like to thank Mr. Beit-On for his valuable service to the Company, wishing him well in the future with his other ventures.
