Letter to the Trustee of the Bondholders

Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE:MTMY, TASE:MTMY.TA) issued, through its external legal counsel, a letter to the trustee of the bondholders in connection with the proposed meeting of the bondholders set to take place by proxy on Wednesday, 5 December (the "Meeting").

The letter sets out various defaults related to the manner the Meeting was convened and the proposed resolutions on the agenda, together with a requirement to add to the agenda of the Meeting a resolution to authorize the trustee to enter into discussions with Matomy regarding its proposed Plan as announced on December 3, 2018.

A copy of this letter is attached hereto as Exhibit I.
