MARKET UPDATE

Following the presentation made to Analysts on 31 May 2013 in respect of the Company's pension schemes, GPG advises that it has no further update at this time in respect of the investigation by the UK Pensions Regulator.

GPG will update the market on any progress with regard to the investigation in its half year results in late August. The presentation referred to above continues to be available on www.gpgplc.com
