Market update of 75% interest held in Copper Range

BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software company focused on creating enterprise productivity solutions for the global workforce market, is pleased to provide an update regarding the sale of its 75% interest in the mining exploration company Copper Range (SA) Pty Ltd ('CRSA'), which was previously announced on 21 December 2016.

BOS has completed an extensive review of both third party technical reports and past offers for the tenements owned by CRSA, which are located within the Olympic Domain and Stuart Shelf region in South Australia. Following this review, the Company has appointed RSM Corporate Finance Australia Pty Ltd ('RSM') led by its Director, Mr. Andrew Gilmour from RSM's Perth, Western Australia office, to advise on the sale of CRSA.

BOS Managing Director Michael Travia said, "We are pleased to have appointed an independent adviser to assist with the sale of BOS's interest in the CRSA tenements, or possibly the company as a whole. Any proceeds generated by the sale process will be put to work marketing our BOS360 Work Patterns platform as a service offering."
