Market Purchase of Shares by the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust

The Company today confirms that on 11 September 2019, Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Limited, acting as Trustee of The TalkTalk Telecom Holdings Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "ESOT"), purchased in the market 229,937 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company (Shares) at a price of 1.079 per share.

The ESOT holds Shares for the benefit of the Company's employees, and in particular for satisfying the vesting of awards made under the Company's various employee share schemes.
