William Hill appoints Mark Brooker as Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee

William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms, further to the announcement on 2 August 2017 indicating that a process to determine responsibility for chairing the Corporate Responsibility Committee had commenced, that Mark Brooker will take responsibility for chairing the Committee when Ashley Highfield steps down from the Board with effect from 16 November 2017.
