Further to the announcement made by CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") on 9 February 2017 which noted the tenders received for the March 2017 tender, below is confirmation as to the basis of the tender price calculation.
Euro Shares
Tender price | 31 March 2017 net asset value per Euro share minus 1.0 cent |
Sterling Shares
Tender price | 31 March 2017 net asset value per Sterling share minus 1.0 pence |
A further announcement regarding the Tender Price is expected to be made on or around 21 April 2017, once the net asset value per share as at 31 March 2017 has been determined.
