APPOINTMENT OF NEW CO-LEAD MANAGER

The Board of GCP Student Living plc (the “Company”) announces the addition of Nicholas Barker to the Company's investment management team at Gravis Capital Partners LLP (“GCP”) with immediate effect.

Nick was previously Head of Alternative Real Estate at Schroder Real Investment Management Limited where he worked for 8 years.

Nick will work alongside Tom Ward in assuming co-lead responsibility for the provision of investment advice to the Company on an ongoing basis.
