Management Report and Audited Financial Accounts for 2013

On 25 April 2014, JSC TransContainer (TRCN) (the "Company") announces that it has published its Management Report and Audited Financial Accounts for 2013, which includes the audited IFRS financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2013. The Company's Management Report and Audited Financial Accounts for 2013 have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
