Management Report and Audited Financial Accounts for 2014

On 29 April 2015, PJSC TransContainer (TRCN) (the "Company") announces that it has published its Management Report and Audited Financial Accounts for 2014, which includes the audited IFRS financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2014. The Company's 2014 Annual Report has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
