CHANGE TO INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT FEE ARRANGEMENTS

The Board of JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce that, following a review, the Company's investment management fee arrangements with JPMorgan Funds Limited ('JPMF') will change.With effect from 1st January, 2020 the annual management fee, currently 0.60% per annum on net assets up to £500 million and 0.50% on net assets over £500 million, will be charged at an amended annual rate of:
- 0.55% on the first £400 million of net assets
- 0.40% on net assets in excess of £400 million.
The Chairman, Andrew Sutch, commented:
"This reduction in management fee ensures that the Company's fee arrangements remain competitive, provides a saving for our existing shareholders and should make the Company more attractive for investors."
