Wichford plc06 May 2008 Wichford plc ("Wichford" or the "Company") Management Contract 6 May 2008 Wichford plc, the property investment company, today announces that there hasbeen a partial change in ownership of its Property Adviser, Wichford PropertyManagement Limited ('WPML'). A 50% interest in WPML has been sold by Laird Capital Limited (Laird) toCorovest Fund Managers (UK) Limited ('CFM'), a UK based Property Fund ManagementCompany. CFM is part of the Corovest Property Group, an international propertyinvestment and asset management company. J O Hambro Capital Management Limited has retained its existing 50% shareholdingin WPML which is now a 50/50 joint venture between the two organisations. PhilipCooper will continue in his role on behalf of BCM, Wichford's retained propertymanager. Richard Britten-Long, Chairman of Laird, will remain on the Board ofWPML. Mr. Britten-Long is to be appointed a director of CFM. WPML has a contract from Wichford on a rolling three year basis to manage thecompany's assets.
