Nigel Wilson to step down as Chief Financial Officer of UBM
United Business Media Limited today announces that Nigel Wilson has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer & Deputy Chief Executive and as a member of UBM's Board following his decision to join Legal and General Group Plc. To ensure an orderly transition to his successor, Nigel will continue as UBM's Chief Financial Officer until he takes up his new post in September. However Nigel will step down as a member of the Board with immediate effect. UBM will conduct a search for Nigel's successor over the course of the summer.
