MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Thor Mining PLC ("the Company" or "Thor"), AIM, ASX: "THR" the specialist metals company focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and uranium projects in the Northern Territory of Australia, today announces recent management changes.
Mick Billing has assumed the role of Executive Chairman with more involvement in the daily managerial aspects of the Company. Ian Sheffield-Parker has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, without being a member of the board but with overall responsibility for the business operations. John Young has accepted a non-executive director's role.
