Stock Spirits Group PLC hereby announces that by mutual agreement, Mariusz Borowiak, the current Managing Director of Stock Polska Sp z.o.o. is leaving the company.

The Group Chief Operating Officer, Ian Croxford, will assume day to day responsibility for the Stock Spirits Polish operation with immediate effect.
