CODASciSys PLC25 July 2006 EMBARGOED FOR RELEASE AT 7.00AM, TUESDAY 25 JULY 2006 25 JULY 2006 CODASciSys plc ("CODASciSys" or "the Company") Management Change The Board of CODASciSys announces that Stephen Hill has left the Company. Ithad been intended that in late September 2006 Stephen Hill would assume the roleof Finance Director of SciSys plc, upon the proposed demerger of the Companyinto CODA plc and SciSys plc becoming effective, as announced and communicatedto shareholders on 4 July 2006. The Board of CODASciSys does not believe Stephen Hill's departure from theCompany affects the plans for the proposed demerger. In the immediate term,Bryan Hucker, Group Finance Director, has resumed responsibility for Stephen'srole and will continue to do so until a replacement is appointed. The Board confirms that the expected timetable for the proposed demerger remainsas set out in the circular posted to shareholders on 17 July 2006.
