Management Change
22 April, 2015:Gulfsands Petroleum plc ("Gulfsands", the "Group" or the "Company", AIM: GPX), the oil and gas company with activities in Syria, Morocco, Tunisia and Colombia, advises on the following management change.
The Company has received notice from Alan Cutler resigning from his executive role as Director of Finance and Administration. The notice period under Alan's contract is 6 months, during which time his duties will be transferred to other members of staff. It is expected that Alan will leave the Company during the third quarter of 2015.
Gulfsands Executive Chairman, Alastair Beardsall, said:
